Great movie. However, if you're expecting a comedy that will have you laughing the whole way through, you'll be dissapointed. The moments that did make me laugh were relatively few and comprised mostly of classic Jim Carrey goofiness or jokes from the trailer. But that does not mean that this movie is bad. Far from it.
What made me like this so much were the morals of the story. It's hard to disagree with them, and the movie really succeeds at giving you a kick in the butt to get a hold of yourself and start living. Carrey's acting is what holds the movie together, but Zooey Deschanel's awesome portrayal of an impossibly cute and lovable dream girl is arguably better, and gives the movie its charm.
At any rate, if you head into this with a light hearted and fun attitude, these are 104 minutes you will not regret.
