I liked this more than the first one, I think. It starts out pretty great, with some brilliantly subtle jabs at the old 60's Bond movies, and pretty funny and original jokes. It loses some of its steam near the ending, though, as the main story isn't really... well... interesting. Still, the jokes stay funny throughout, unlike the first one, and interesting situations are aplenty.
